Each bamboo tea board spares ~20kg of hardwood — the weight of 25–28 dense slats. In hardwood, it would vanish into 7kg sawing, 8kg planing, and 5kg heat-curing, each step flattening the forest’s richness into raw material. A single tray would cost decades of slow growth, each ring of age erased in hours

By choosing bamboo, those slats remain as trunks where rabbits burrow at the roots and hedgehogs forage under cover. The stillness of forest floors remains undisturbed, the small lives kept safe where shade falls and leaves scatter. The quiet rhythm of woodland life continues unbroken, untouched by saw or fire.
